Operation Policy
This Game Service Operation Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Operation
Policy") includes essential details that Members must understand when using the services.
Please
take some time to read over this Operation Policy to better enjoy the services. ChuanQi IP
(hereinafter referred to as "Company") assures the Members that we will put in the best efforts to
provide services in a stable environment.
1. General Rules
- 1) This "Operation Policy" has been formed to take rational and fair responsive measures against any problems that can arise in the service operations of <MIR2M: The Warrior>, and includes details of rules necessary for the "Company" managing provided services and for Members using said services.
- 2) For efficient management of services, the "Company" may add, modify or delete the contents of the "Operation Policy." When the contents of the "Operation Policy" are added, modified, or deleted, the Company shall give notice 7 days prior to the changes coming into effect through the "Notices" section of the service page or through e-mail, private message, or another channel of communication. However, for issues that are unfavorable to "Members" or are serious, a notice shall be given 30 days prior through the "notices" or through e-mail.
- 3) This "Operation Policy" includes detailed rules of service operations that are not suitable for inclusion in the "Terms" and constitute a part of the “Terms and Conditions”. As the Company cannot provide assistance to losses that occur due to "Members' not being aware of the contents of this "Operation Policy," all "Members" must read and understand this "Operation Policy".
- 4) Matters not defined in this "Operation Policy" shall be resolved in compliance with the “Terms”, relevant laws, and general social customs shared by the "Members" and the "Company", or equivalent conditions.
- 5) This "Operation Policy" shall be applied identically to blockchain services connected to the "Game Services" (features, currency, trading, etc.), and in cases of contradiction between the blockchain Terms or Operation Policy, the main Game “Terms” will take precedence.
2. Obligations and Rights of "Members"
- 1) The "Company" strives to provide "Members" with high-quality services. However, the "Company" asks the "Members" to comply with the entries below so that we may be able to provide you with high-quality services.
- 2) "Members" must sign up or use services with their own personal information. The "Company" cannot provide any type of help when services are used with the information of another person or falsified information, and all benefits provided by the "Company" shall also not be given.
- 3) The "Company" does not acknowledge sharing and transferal of items and accounts and cash transactions. We are unable to provide help to any problems that arise in pertinence to these acts (fraud, account theft, etc.), so please make careful decisions on sharing, trading, and transferring items and accounts.
- 4) "Members" shall not use the information obtained through the usage of services of the "Company" for copying/replication/modification/translation/publication or provide them to a third party without permission.
- 5) "Members" shall not commit acts of disrupting normal operations of the managing team, including impersonation of a member of the "Company" staff or managing team or intrusion into, arbitration, or obstruction of their work. Disrupting the managing team or impersonation of a member of the said team may result in restriction of service usage.
- 6) "Members" must report any vulnerabilities of the game (bugs, account theft, or illegal software) to the 1:1 Q&A or to the official forum. Abusing said vulnerabilities without reporting, or spreading the information to third parties shall be considered an intentional inappropriate behavior and may result in penalties. Restriction from service usage without prior notice shall be applied to any of the following conditions, and we ask you to pay particular attention to these.
- ① Abusing system errors and vulnerabilities
- ② Circulating and abusing bugs without reporting them
- ③ Using illegal programs not acknowledged by the "Company" (programs that have not been officially received from or approved by the "Company")
- ④ Illegal modification of the game client
- ⑤ Disrupting the gaming experience of other members using system instabilities
- ⑥ Manipulation or extraction of data
- ⑦ Other acts deemed by the managing team to be in violation of the "Operation Policy"
- 7) Should any "Members" be subject to unfair losses during the use of the services, they may exercise their rights to damage recovery through just means. The "Company" assures the "Members" that we will put in the best efforts to protect your fair rights.
3. Account Management
- 1) Primarily, all responsibilities pertaining to the accounts used by "Members" lie with the "Members".
- 2) The Company shall not acknowledge cases in which the "Members" have transferred or sold their personal information, or accounts through abnormal means, and any and all problems that arise thereby (fraud, losses pertaining to account theft, etc.) shall not be eligible for protection by the "Company".
- 3) Should any "Members" attempt to trade accounts, characters, or items with real money or financial goods, their access rights may be forfeited without warning and we are unable to provide help on problems that occur due to this process.
- 4) The account or platform password used by "Members" should be periodically changed to protect their information from unlawful acts of others including account theft.
- 5) Most cases of fraud occur due to personal negligence, and we are unable to provide help on losses that occur thereby. Thus, we ask you to be vigilant when trading or transferring items so that you may not be subject to fraud by pretenders who impersonate friends using similar character names.
4. Naming Standards
"Members" may freely create all names used in the service, including their character name, guild name, and username. However, when names have been found to give discomfort to others or be socially inappropriate as listed in each of the clauses below, the name can be changed to a different name by a staff member of the managing team or restricted from accessing games according to the "Operation Policy." As such, we ask you to be cautious.
- 1) Names that may stir discomfort
- 2) Names that incorporate insults, vulgar expressions, advertisements, sexual or obscene contents
- 3) Names that are racially or sexually discriminative
- 4) Names that degrade a specific person, location, group, or religion
- 5) Names that depict the "Company", its services, and the original works, or those deemed to have the intention of impersonating them
- 6) Names that can be understood as or mistaken for a person that manages the service, including 'manager', 'helper,' and 'GM'
- 7) Names that attract cash transactions of items or accounts, or are deemed to be created with the intention of real money transactions
- 8) Names that are antisocial or deemed to be created with the intent of glorifying antisocial individuals or organizations
- 9) Names that are deemed to have the possibility of violating the trademark, service mark, or copyright of a third party
- 10) Names that are deemed to be created for the purpose of advertising a particular item or website (including non-profit websites)
5. Recovery Standards
- 1) When information such as items, characters, or guards are lost or changed due to technical errors, recovery may be provided within the scope of data verification. However, the 'Company' is unable to provide assistance for Members' personal faults or events that have occurred as a consequence of not understanding the contents of the "Operation Policy" or notices posted in/out-game beforehand.
- 2) Because most cases of 'fraud' occur due to personal negligence, the 'Company' is unable to provide help on losses that occur thereby. However, in order to prevent additional damages, accounts that have undergone investigation and have been identified shall be restricted from service usage according to the "Operation Policy".
- 3) You must request 'recovery' through Q&A within 7 days of the occurrence of the event, and after this time frame, we are unable to provide you with help due to the limits of log storage.
- 4) The owner of the affected account must personally submit a Q&A and submittal by a third party shall not be acknowledged.
- 5) The Company is exempt from liabilities involving general problems that occur due to the computer environment of the member or due to problems that arise in the network environment that are not attributable to intentional or gross negligence on the Company's part.
- 6) The characteristics of blockchain technology do not allow recovery such as asset retrieval after processes such as token transferal have occurred, and the Company is not liable for these circumstances unless there are intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
6. Obligations and Roles of the Managing Team
- 1) The managing team undertakes necessary roles to provide all members with the best environment in which you can enjoy the game services.
- 2) The managing team undertakes the given role from a neutral standpoint, and will not intervene in disputes among members. However, in cases involving issues of violation of the "Operation Policy" or in cases where it is deemed that normal services operations have been compromised, the issue may be reviewed from a neutral standpoint before necessary measures are taken.
- 3) The managing team complies with the “Terms”, “Privacy Policy”, and this "Operation Policy".
- 4) No member of the managing team will ask for personal information (identification info and passwords) from members and will not arbitrarily edit or disclose the personal information of members. However, when a judicial authority presents an official request for cooperation, these data may be provided to the said organization.
- 5) The managing team will strive to kindly and quickly respond to the inquiries and requests of members. However, aside from publicly disclosed in-game information, information on future updates or matters that cannot be disclosed due to the nature of the game may be given restrictively, or a reply may not be given at all.
- 6) The managing team is open to reports from members on all types of errors that can occur within the game and has the obligation to check and rectify these.
- 7) The managing team may apply various restrictive measures defined in the “Terms” and the "Operation Policy" to single or multiple Members who have violated the “Terms”, or this "Operation Policy".
- 8) In the case of abnormal events of the game service internally or externally, the managing team may temporarily suspend a part or whole of services or restrict access.
- 9) For the purpose of promoting sound gaming culture, preventing minors from hazardous information, and preventing the infringement of a Member's rights through slander, etc., the managing team may edit, move or delete the posts or chat messages written by any Member in accordance with relevant laws, the “Terms”, and the "Operation Policy," and according to circumstances, may additionally impose a restriction of service use.
7. Standards of Management for Inappropriate Behavior
- 1) The "Company" forbids Members from abusing system bugs or sharing the details thereof with other Members. Abusing bugs is an act that disrupts game content and damages the gaming experience.
- 2) Abusing system bugs undermines the fairness among members and thus when a member is found to be abusing or sharing system bugs, they may be restricted from game use or have their membership suspended without prior notice, so we ask you to be particularly cautious of this.

3) Behavior that undermines the well-being of the public and practices is an offense against
public morals in the in-game community and communities officially acknowledged by the "Company"
and has the risk of inflicting serious damage on other Members. Therefore, any of the following
behaviors or posting of writing may have the writer of said post or subject of said
inappropriate behavior be restricted from service use or have their account or character
initialized.
- ① Contents for the purpose of obtaining profit, advertisements, or contents deemed to be similar to advertisements
- ② Attempts of cash transactions, account trading, inter-server transactions. or instigation of other members
- ③ Contents that constitute a grave insult against the "Company", another Member, or a third party, or defames them with slander
- ④ Information, sentences, or symbols that violate juvenile protection or weblinks to such contents
- ⑤ Contents promoting software piracy or hacking
- ⑥ Any contents objectively assessed as being pertinent to the crime
- ⑦ Contents that violate other rights such as the copyright of another user or a third party
- ⑧ Contents which violate the standards of public posts defined by the "Company" or are not in accordance with the forum topic
- ⑨ Contents that spread false information or may incur misunderstanding by multiple members
- ⑩ Spamming, insults, sexual words or expressions
- ⑪ Impersonation of a Member of the managing team or the "Company" staff
- ⑫ Contents that are in violation of the “Terms” and relevant laws
- 4) Fraud (deceiving another person to obtain undue benefits within the game) is an act of inflicting serious harm onto another Member, and thus can be subject to various restrictions according to the "Operation Policy" and may be punishable by law.
8. Changes to Services
- 1) When necessary in the line of service provision such as for new game content or patches to fix bugs, or for technological reasons, the "Company" may edit a part or whole of the service after giving prior notice. However, in cases that do not allow for prior notification, such as in the case of telecommunications network errors, notices may be transmitted after the fact.
- 2) In the case where a "Member" is unable to use paid services due to changes to the service, they may not claim compensation for losses aside from the losses incurred due to these changes. Particularly, the "Company" shall not be held liable for expected gains according to service use or damages from the loss of benefits not directly provided by the “Company”.
9. Refund Policy

1) The "Member" shall not be entitled to get any refund, etc. if any of the following events
occurs:
- ① If the goods, etc. are destroyed, lost or damaged due to any reasons attributable to the "Member"
- ② If the "Member" uses, or consumes some of the goods
- ③ If the "Member" damages the packaging of goods or package products
- ④ If the "Member" purchases the commodities falling under the category of “commuter tickets" which forthwith become effective
- ⑤ If the "Member" receives related rewards by using the in-game points which the Member acquires in consideration for payment or uses the points
- ⑥ If seven (7) days have passed after purchase of the commodities
- ⑦ If the "Member" derives benefits from payment by doing any activities other than those specified in the above Paragraph 1 through Paragraph 6, the Member may not be entitled to refund at the objective discretion of the managing team.
10. Standards for Restrictions from Game Usage
- 1) The standards for restrictions on game usage were established to prevent disruption of the gameplay during <MIR2M: The Warrior> sessions and protect users from acts that disrupt gameplay progression or are offensive against public morals.
- 2) When any Member violates the standards for restriction from use defined in the "Operation Policy", they may be subject to restriction from use without prior notice.

3) When you have been subject to restriction from use, you may submit an appeal following the
procedures below.
- ① You can submit an appeal through Q&A methods in CS.
- ② Appeals must be submitted within 15 days from the application of the restriction.
- ③ Appeals shall be processed within 15 days from their submittal.

4) Standards for restrictions from game usage are as follows.
- ① The duration and method of restriction may be changed according to the decision of the managing team.
- ② In cases with duplicate violations, an aggravated restriction of use may be imposed.
- ③ Any behavior that does not fall into the above categories may still be subject to the restriction of use according to the objective decision of the managing team.

11. Policies on Inactive Accounts

1) In order to prevent client accounts or characters from being misused for unjust purposes, and to ensure that customers receive a smooth service, it may be necessary for the Company to delete user accounts or characters under the following circumstances. However, if the customer requests it, recovery measures are taken.
- ① Three months without a record of accessing the client's character (Cases, where paid items or the period of use for paid items remain, will be exempted.)
- ② In the case of a client with a payment history or who has paid for items and fixed-term items acquired through payment but has not accessed them for 12 months.
